YPJ Plantations Sdn Bhd is also committed to acting fairly, professionally and with integrity in all its dealings and relationships with stakeholders to ensure that all spaces and opportunities for fraud and abuse of power can be dealt with efficiently and effectively in implementing its regulations and operations. All these aspects are not only involved in daily operations, but they are also involved in the decision-making process. YPJ Plantations Sdn Bhd will implement the principles and criteria set by the Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil Certification (MSPO) as a practice towards sustainable production.

Companies within the group and suppliers or contractors will strive to provide a safe and healthy workplace environment by taking effective measures to protect staff and workers from exposure to potential safety and health risks that may arise.

Implement and comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and all regulations related.

Develop and disseminate brochures, safe work regulations, supporting documents and action plans, provide information, explanations and training.
